Life is said to be short. And somewhere along the way, that's true. We live an average of 30,000 days. Every day is only experienced once. The goal is not to do more and more, to run in all directions, but rather to enjoy life, to give it meaning and to maximize the pleasure we get from these days.
To be able to benefit from it, two major conditions must be met. Be in good mental and physical health. There are times in life when these conditions are easily achievable, youth is one of them.
There is a particular period of life. We usually have more time, the children are older, the professional career is more or less on the railways. Our personal relationships are stable. It is therefore an opportunity to enjoy life, to move and to express our gratitude. This period is not so easy to understand. Many physiological changes occur, thoughts and desires change. These changes are not easy to tame, some are existential and others undesirable.
From the age of 50... a new life begins, made up of new desires but also problems. Andropause spares no one, but its consequences are not inevitable. It has been more than 10 years since I passed this milestone and ended my scientific career, but I have not abandoned the enthusiasm that followed me in all the applied research departments I have attended. It was by seeking solutions to my own experience that I finally developed Viril Health. I wanted a natural, simple, transparent and long-term solution.
